         You know, one of my favorite scenes in any movie is the one in Finding Nemo, in which chaos reigns in the dentist's office where Nemo is being held. At one point, the dentist exclaims, "Have all the animals gone mad?" My exclamation is, "Have all the people gone mad?" Everywhere you look, some school just got shot up, or some cop shoots a kid for no reason. And it goes all the way up. Every day you hear of some new, "unprecedented" outrage at the highest levels of government. Kids are mean, their parents meaner, without looks and prestige you're nothing? People have always been people, but lately, it all seems so much more sinister.

     With all the attention surrounding the latest Marvel movies, one can't help but notice the increasing emphasis placed on the "Quantum Realm". Simultaneously, great strides are being taken by quantum physicists in the "real" world. I for one question whether reality imitates art, and it has been said that what the mind can conceive, man can achieve. Perhaps that is what the "Quantum Realm" is all about.
